Our Senior Operators are leaders in their field and have a proven track record of excellence in all areas of water and wastewater operations specializing in a wide range of state of the art treatment facilities. Our team is expected to follow a comprehensive methodical approach to system and process evaluation every time they are on-site. Our Junior Operators are required to follow an operations checklist and SOP and are in frequent communication with our V.P of Operations, reviewing normal operating standards as well as formulating an action plan to overcome system or operational abnormalities. Our team possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to mitigate and/or prevent system or process upsets quickly and efficiently.
Our staff fluctuates in size depending upon the workload. Under 24/7 startup conditions for upwards of 6 months, we may employ as many as 20 contractual fully licensed operators. Our permanent staff is four full time, three part-time employees, a mechanic, and an instrument technician. We are expanding our staff as our operation contracts continue to grow. Our current staff is State of MD licensed wastewater treatment plant Class 4, 5, S, A Operators and Superintendents, Class 2, 6, and 7 Industrial operators and class 4 Water treatment operators We operate several site-specific class 6 plants. We also hold wastewater operating licenses in Virginia. We are active in State-approved training courses as instructors and maintain the necessary annual training credits for re-certification of our licenses. Our staff has been recognized and awarded for professionalism in the operation of wastewater treatment facilities.
